January Pattern of the Month: Cabin Peaks

In November, Cotton and Joy turned 5 years old. During that time, I released 26 quilt patterns, and truth be told, I'm not the best at sharing some of my older patterns. I'm always thinking of the current and next releases, but that's changing now.

So, without further ado, meet January's Pattern of the Month - Cabin Peaks!

Cabin Peaks is a Cotton and Joy classic, a bestseller even 4.5 years after its release. Inspired by Art Deco designs, this pattern uses the classic log cabin quilt block to create a modern design. This pattern is perfect for beginners ready to practice precision piecing and on point setting.

When Cabin Peaks was released four and a half years ago, I created two additional quilt samples to show off the design! The first sample was my Living Coral Cabin Peaks quilt. Living Coral was the 2019 Pantone Color of the Year - which just so happens to coordinate with the 2024 Pantone color of the Year, Peach Fuzz! The second Cabin Peaks quilt sample was made with the adorable fabric collection, Rollakan, from Figo Fabrics.

And I can't have a blog post about my Cabin Peaks quilt pattern without mentioning my cover quilt! This quilt was longarm quilted by the wonderful Jill of J.
