PDF/DOWNLOAD PATTERNS

Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns (quilt patterns and cross stitch) and other digital products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Cotton and Joy does not accept order cancellations once payment has been received and accepted.

MYSTERY BOXES

As noted in the listing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Mystery Grab Boxes. If you ordered multiple boxes and received duplicate items, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

OTHER ITEMS

For Printed patterns (quilt patterns and cross stitch), handmade quilts, quilt kits, and notions, you have 15 days to request a refund. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
