What is "I Still Play With Blocks"?
I Still Play With Blocks is a year-long Block of the Month program for 2026.
Each month, you’ll receive a new block, video tutorial, and community support to guide you as you create a 58" x 58" quilt.
What's the size of the quilt?
The quilt will finish at 58" x 58"
When does it start?
Sign-ups open on January 1! As soon as you sign up, you'll gain access to the membership site – during that first month we’ll focus on planning, choosing fabrics, and getting to know fellow quilters.
Starting February 1, you’ll gain access to monthly content including – block patterns, video tutorial, giveaway opportunities, and bonus content through December 2026.
What if I sign up after February 1?
Signs up are accepted all throughout 2026, so you can join and participate whenever you're ready! However, payment plans are only available for January sign ups.
What skills are needed for this BOM?
The pattern is designed to be a skill builder – we'll start with the easiest, most beginner friendly block and build skills from there.
How do I access the Block of the Month content?
When you sign up, you will create an account on our membership platform, Circle.
Each monthly block will be emailed to members, and all members will be able to access all digital patterns, videos, and the community on the membership site or mobile app.
What if I fall behind?
No worries, life happens! While you'll get the most out of the program if you sew along each month, we know sometimes life gets in the way of sewing. You will have access to the patterns indefinitely and can catch up whenever you're able.
How many fabrics/colors are in the quilt design?
The I Still Play With Blocks pattern uses eight featured fabrics that are mix-and-matched throughout the pattern, plus one background fabric.
The sample uses prints from Fran’s Essence collection for the feature fabrics and Confetti Cotton Solids in White for the background.
Does the BOM come with fabric?
The I Still Play With Blocks BOM does not come with fabrics. This is for the digital pattern access only.
You may purchase a BOM quilt kit listed below.
Do you have kits available?
Yes! There are kits available including the fabric used in the sample quilt as well as a couple of other options in the shop.

Can I Use my own fabric?
Absolutely! After sign up, you will receive a welcome email including a list of fabric requirements and other tools to help you pick your own fabrics.
We’ve also partnered with PreQuilt to provide an online, digital coloring page for you to try out your fabric choices.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, I do! I understand Block of the Month programs can be a commitment so each Tier has two payment options – full price or three installment payments.
You can choose the option that works best for you during sign up.
