Fabric Collections

In January 2021, I joined  Riley Blake Designs as a licensed designer. Design fabric for the sewing and quilting markets has been one of the biggest thrills of my professional career.
As of 2024, I have designed four fabric collections for Riley Blake Designs, with more coming soon.
Below you can learn more about each fabric collection and see the patterns accompanying each collection.

Between the Pages

As a once upon a time librarian and avid reader, creating a book-inspired collection has been a dream of mine. This fabric collection is inspired by epic journeys, second chances, slow burns, and enemies-to-lovers who find themselves at the inn with only one bed. Craft yourself something cozy to keep you warm through every epic read.

Collection ships to stores November 2024.

Moonchild

Since I was young, I’ve had a fascination of sorts with the night sky, the bright moon and swirling stars have always called to me. Sometime in 2021 I learned my astrological sign of Cancer also gets the name Moonchild. After reading more about it, some of my fascination made sense.

The Moonchild collection is an exploration of what we might encounter if we take a break from the every day and simply look up. In colors pulled straight from the sky, with sunset pinks and purples, midnight blues, and sunrise yellows.

Collection shipped to stores September 2023.

South Hill

After a lifetime of service in the military my husband retired and we moved to his childhood neighborhood - South Hill in Spokane, WA.

South Hill is a collection of memories from the first year spent in our 'forever' home - from the squirrels making their home in our backyard to the toadstools growing in the fairy ring, from the rose buses and freesias in our garden, to our son's love for the moon and night sky. These are the things that stand out when I think back to that first year as we, finally, put down roots.

Collection shipped to stores December 2022.

Daybreak

Childhood springtime meant mornings spent in the family’s front garden alongside my grandparents. Buzzing bees, blooming flowers, and my grandmother’s beloved lemon tree.

Daybreak is the gathering of memories, the distinct smell of fresh cut grass and springtime rain, cheery blooms, and the buzzing of honeybees, all infused with a fresh and feel-good color palette.

This was my first fabric collection with Riley Blake Designs and it shipped to stores February 2022.
